Recently, a lawsuit was filed against Diageo, one of the largest spirits companies in the world. At the center? Don Julio 1942. A bottle that commands top-tier status in clubs, bars, and collector shelves—accused of mislabeling its spirit as 100% agave while allegedly including non-agave alcohols.
If true, that’s not just a labeling issue—it’s a betrayal.
People weren’t just buying a tequila.
